Senior Software Engineer & Embedded Team Lead — MWF Metal Detectors, Istanbul

Lead the embedded-firmware team for industrial metal / gold detectors: STM32 (FreeRTOS) and ESP32-C3 firmware, custom BLE protocol with checksums and 9 concurrent streams, cross-stack debugging MCU → BLE → app.
Architect and maintain Maxterm (Flutter): 8 detection systems, 42 screens, ~27k lines of Dart, hand-built 3D engine for ground-scan visualisation, 9 languages with full RTL.
Built the company ERP (React 18 + Supabase + Capacitor, 65 modules) and the MaxScan web simulator of the device UI.
Own the global e-commerce platform mwf-metaldetectors.com (WooCommerce, 6 languages, device registration, warranty, ERP integration) and two open-source shipping plugins.
Designed CI/CD, containers, reverse proxies and observability across staging and production.

Lead Engineer — Mrsad: social-media & news monitoring platform (contract)

Designed and built a monitoring / OSINT platform: FastAPI + Celery backend (~38k lines, 94 routes, 88 migrations, 95 test files), React 19 + TypeScript analyst console (29 screens, Arabic RTL), and a speech-to-text microservice.
Headful-browser crawler fleet (patchright on Xvfb, one worker = one account = one sticky proxy) capturing Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube via network interception; 3-tier news fetching with adapters, circuit breakers and dedup.
Security by default: mandatory TOTP 2FA, RBAC, Fernet-encrypted credentials, JWT refresh flow; GitHub Actions → Docker deployments.
